Mission

Most managers were promoted for doing the work, then handed a calendar that makes the work impossible. Meetings multiply. Priorities blur. The week happens to them.

ManagerOS™ is built on a different premise. Management is not a temperament. It is a system, and systems can be installed. The product structures the week into five focused days, each with a job. It triages meetings so only the ones that earn their slot survive. The Meeting Kill Switch gives managers a sanctioned way to cancel what should never have existed. The team capacity calculator replaces gut feel with an honest number for what the team can actually carry.

Where it stands

ManagerOS™ is in active build under the Verk Vibe brand. It is productized as an install plus editions, so a manager adopts a working system rather than a pile of advice. It is the first productized operating system to come out of the consulting practice: patterns proven with real teams, packaged so they no longer require the consultant in the room.

Roadmap

The near-term work is finishing the install experience and hardening the editions. Every component has to pass the same test: a working manager can adopt it in a real week, under real pressure, without a coach standing by.

Longer term, ManagerOS™ becomes the reference implementation for how the practice turns judgment into product. The consulting engagement teaches the system once. The product installs it everywhere else.
