Cue
A live call co-pilot for the conversations that matter
- Mission
- Make sure the right question gets asked while the conversation can still be changed.
- Vision
- Every important call handled with the presence of someone fully there and the recall of someone who forgets nothing.
Mission
The best insight about a call usually arrives an hour after it ends. You remember the question you should have asked. You find the number you should have quoted. You recall the promise you made two calls ago and never wrote down. The conversation is over, and the moment is gone.
Cue moves that intelligence into the call itself. It listens to a conversation as it happens and quietly surfaces what matters right now: the next best question, the number that matters, the thing you promised to follow up on. The word quietly is doing real work. Cue is not a dashboard demanding attention. It is a colleague sliding you a note at exactly the right time.
The design conviction underneath is that Ai should make people more present in conversations, not less. The human stays in the relationship. Cue handles the recall.
Where it stands
Cue is an early build. The core loop is being developed: listen live, understand context, surface the one thing worth surfacing, and stay silent otherwise. That last part is the hard part. A co-pilot that interrupts too often is worse than no co-pilot at all.
Roadmap
The near-term work is making the core loop trustworthy on real calls: accurate listening, sharp relevance, restraint by default. After that comes memory across conversations, so the promise made in March surfaces in the follow-up call in April.
Cue ships when it earns a place in a call that actually matters. Not before.
