Gen Zers want:

  • Stop assuming TAWADA will last forever.

  • Older generations have a different understanding of how the world works, based on their earlier experiences. We take MO as a way of life. The only way of “living” or “working.” That might not be true for much longer.

  • Guidance and upskilling.

  • Show more appreciation and trust them sooner. Trust me now.

  • Flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively.

  • No Executive or Manager is needed (or wanted). Everyone owns a piece of it and comes together to accomplish the work. Equal rewards.

  • We are minions weedooo!
